In September, Las Vegas was the glamorous home of the latest and finest concepts in baking. The key takeway: the global industry is determined to succeed and thrive, same as it ever was.
This year, IBIE brought together more than 1,000 exhibiting companies, including 486 new exhibitors, on a show space spanning 451,100 square feet, up by 9% from 2022. The overall registration was somewhat lower, and fewer professionals attended this year, by 8%, compared with the previous edition.
This year, IBIE brings together more than 1,000 leading manufacturers and suppliers from around the globe. The full supply chain for baking and food manufacturing will be represented at the exhibitor stands.
With rising anticipations, IBIE prepares to dazzle with a new installment, in true Las Vegas fashion. The time to pick events and place timeslots in agendas is here.
IBIEducate will be held on September 13, the day before IBIE starts at the Las Vegas Convention Center. The comprehensive educational program organized by IBIE will feature over 250 expert-led sessions across key tracks such as Business & Strategy, Baking & Pastry, Formulation, Food Safety, Quality & Sustainability, Workforce and more.
For the first time, Americas Selection of the Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie will be staged at IBIE, a competition lining up bakers from the Western Hemisphere, including Brazil, Canada and the US.
The day after the show wraps up, IBIE organization springs into action and starts working on show planning for the upcoming edition in three years time. The result: a comprehensive collection of resources, every time, with anything from new innovations, to a complete education program, competitions and events.
Applications are officially open for the IBIE’s BEST in Baking Industry Awards. The program recognizes the baking industry’s most innovative companies in key areas including sustainability, automation, and workforce development.
IBIE officially opened registration for the 2025 edition, scheduled for September 14-17, 2025, at the Las Vegas Convention Center. For the first time, the ticket will also give visitors full access to IBIEducate, the show’s comprehensive education program, including over 100 sessions, workshops, and demonstrations.
Registration for IBIE 2025 opens September 18, 2024. The triennial exhibition is expected to gather 20,000 professionals from September 14 to 17 next year in Las Vegas. One day before the show starts, the organizers are also hosting a full day of educational events.
IBIE officially launched its ‘Call for Speakers’ campaign for the upcoming 2025 IBIEducate show. The educational program offers a platform for chosen presenters to demonstrate their expertise.
The earlier schedule reinstates pre-COVID timeline. Qualifying companies can submit applications between January 16 – February 13, 2024, in order to participate in Priority Space Selection, during which members of ABA, BEMA, and RBA will select booth space first, with 2022 Exhibitors to follow utilizing a priority points system.
