ISM Middle East concluded its 16th edition, with an expanded exhibition space at the Dubai World Trade Center on November 9. With a turnout of more than 12,800 visitors, 352 exhibitors hailing from 45 countries, 28 national pavilions, and a thriving three-day showcase, ISM Middle East 2023 reaffirmed its foothold in the MENA region.

Shanghai World of Packaging (swop) is set to take place there with approximately 700 exhibitors and 25,000 visitors, as China eases strict COVID-19 restrictions. The show will focus on the topics of circular economy, conservation of resources, digital technologies and product safety as well as fast-moving consumer goods.
ISM/ProSweets Cologne, which will be held as a special edition from April 23 to 25, will address the challenges in the sweets and snacks industries that led to the one-off delay, including the steep price increases for raw materials, energy and logistics.
