The Greater Knead, a manufacturer of New York-style bagels, introduced Soft Pretzel Nuggets at Natural Products Expo West, following a soft launch last year. They are made with natural, premium ingredients and are certified gluten-free, Top 9 allergen-free, Non-GMO Project Verified, vegan, and kosher, the company detailed.

The gluten-free soft pretzel nuggets are now available in four flavors:
- Classic – the traditional soft baked pretzel nugget
- Everything – savory with seasoning made of a blend of poppy, garlic, and onion
- Cinnamon Sugar – a combination of sugar and cinnamon
- Spicy Buffalo – the new flavor debuted at the trade show.
The pretzel nuggets should be baked into the oven or air fryer for 6-8 minutes, directly from the freezer. The Greater Knead’s specialties are sold in about 500 retail locations, primarily in the Northeast/Mid-Atlantic region. The bagels are sold at Whole Foods Mid-Atlantic, Wegmans, Shoprite, Weiss, Kings/Balducci’s, Mom’s Organic, and more.
