Baker & Baker launched a new limited-edition product in the UK, the Filly Strawberry. The bakery proposes this treat to celebrate summer together with consumers. The doughnut contains no artificial colors, flavors, preservatives, or eggs, and is suitable for vegetarians. The Filly Strawberry doughnut has a soft texture with a fruity, strawberry filling, and icing with red sugar pearls. The thaw-and-serve product has a two-day shelf life. The new donuts are already available for bakeries, food service operators and retailers.

The donut was already launched in key European markets including Germany and other limited-edition doughnuts will be released throughout the year.
