Eric Dell joined American Bakers Association as President and CEO, the organization announced on January 3, 2023, as Dell was welcomed to the team. He announced plans to visit the organization’s members throughout the year.

In a video message sent on his appointment, Dell said: “If you don’t hear me talking a lot, it’s because I’ll be listening a lot. I’m going to listen to the industry to learn the industry so that I can best serve the industry and move the industry forward with the competent and professional ABA staff.”
