AIBI announces that its next biennial Congress will be held in Hamburg, Germany, from May 22 to 24, 2024. The details of the program are now being finalized. The Sultanate of Oman received the world’s first liquefied hydrogen carrier vessel, according to its builder, Kawasaki Heavy Industries. The ship called Suiso Frontier (‘suiso’ means ‘hydrogen’) arrived in Oman on August 14, the Hydrogen Council announced.
Around 200 Tunisian bakers went on strike this week following the government’s recent ban on buying subsidized flour, which could mean closures for many of them. The ban affects around 1,500 bakeries that produce European-style bread.
