Middleby Europe announced the opening of a new Innovation Kitchen in Madrid, Spain. The European team worked for one year on the development of this project. The official opening event was held at the beginning of March.

Middleby also recently expanded into the German-speaking market, with the foundation of the subsidiary Middleby Germany, Middleby Europe announced. Jacqueline Bauch takes over the management. She is responsible for expanding sales in Germany, Austria and Switzerland.
