Prof. Dr. Ulrike Detmers, Mestemacher Group Gütersloh, was unanimously re-elected as the President of the Association of German Plant Bakeries, at the organization’s annual meeting in Düsseldorf. She has been president of the association since 2013.

Hans-Jochen Holthausen, Harry Brot, Schenefeld, and Alexander Heberer, Wiener Feinbäckerei, Frankfurt, were once again elected as vice presidents. Holthausen is also chairman of the association’s delivery bakeries specialist group, while Heberer is chairman of the branch bakeries specialist group.
