At ProSweets, IPCO will showcase the IPCO Rotoform HP rotary drop depositor for chocolate chip production and an advanced piston depositor. The Rotoform HP (High Performance) is the latest model in this series and was specifically designed for chocolate processing. The dosing unit will be showcased with live demonstrations at the trade show in Cologne (Hall 10.1, Stand G080).

A pump delivers the molten chocolate to the Rotoform via heated piping. A system of baffles and internal nozzles provides uniform pressure across the whole belt width, ensuring that chips are of uniform shape and size. Chips of different sizes – from 30,000 to 300 pcs/kg – can be produced.

IPCO supplies chocolate forming/molding equipment, with systems designed for the production of industrial ingredients – chips, chunks, drops and blocks – and decorative products such as shavings, rolls, pencils, blossoms and more.
