The Rademaker Experience Center (REC) opened its doors on June 14, 2024, in Elk Grove Village, Illinois. It is located near the Chicago O’Hare International Airport, for easy access.

The facility houses multiple Radini production lines for bread product ranges, laminated dough, pastries and croissants.

In addition to these production lines, Rademaker also equipped the REC with a comprehensive array of equipment, including mixers, ovens, a proofer and freezers, allowing for end-to-end product testing.  “This setup enables us to simulate your production process accurately,” the company explains.

Dough technologists can assist with product testing and demonstrate how the machines operate. System integration services are also headquartered here.
