The motto of this year’s edition of suedback is “Better with diversity”, as the Stuttgart exhibition brings international inspiration into the spotlight from October 26 to 28.

“It’s about the diversity of bakery types, cultures and the diversity of ingredients,” the fair’s representatives at a press talk on June 11 in Berlin.

Andreas Wiesinger, member of the management board, Messe Stuttgart, commented: “Suedback 2024 will offer a good mix of key players and newcomers. In this way, we will achieve a particularly diverse mix of topics. This year, we are focusing on automation and digitization. In addition, we are devoting ourselves to the topic of snacking and showing various out-of-home concepts. Compared to 2022, we are expanding the area by over 10,000 square meters and will now occupy six halls of the Stuttgart exhibition center in 2024.”
