In April 2022, MULTIVAC Canada opened the first local FRITSCH World of Bakery in Brampton, Ontario. The technology and test center took one year to build and is dedicated to customers from the North and South American markets. It was modeled after the World of Bakery at the FRITSCH headquarters in Germany, where FRITSCH lines can be tested.

A ROLLFIX plus and a PROGRESSA prime (consisting of a DOUGHLINER 700 and a MULTIFLEX L 700) line are located in a completely newly built space of 320 sqm in Canada. The World of Bakery replicates the entire supply chain of a bakery. To demonstrate the FRITSCH machines and their capabilities under real production conditions, ovens, proofing cabinets as well as professional cooling facilities are available, in addition to the FRITSCH machines.

Here, you can experience FRITSCH’s systems live accompanied by our team of expert dough technologists or even test their favorite products,” the company said in a statement.

FRITSCH Bakery Technologies GmbH & Co. KG, a member of the MULTIVAC Group for just under three years, has a worldwide sales and service network of over 85 MULTIVAC subsidiaries. The next step has now followed as part of the internationalization process.
