Around Noon to make sandwiches for Marks & Spencer

Around Noon, a Food-to-Go specialist based in Newry, Northern Ireland, secured a GBP 3.5 million contract to supply sandwiches from its range ‘Twelve (Handmade in County Down)’ range to Marks & Spencer stores across the island of Ireland, News Letter reports. The company produces 12 sandwiches in this range with ingredients from across the island.

The sandwiches sold in Marks & Spencer stores include Chicken & Handmade Irish Stuffing, Chicken & Bacon on Irish Malted Bread, Baked Irish Ham & Cheddar, BLT with Ballymaloe Relish, Chicken & Ham Club and a Chicken Caesar Wrap, the news outlet says.

The company founded in 1989 manufactures upwards of 40,000 products per day. “Our range of sandwiches, wraps, salads, sushi, juices and bakery items are unrivaled in UK & Ireland” – Around Noon.
