Burton’s Biscuits and Fox’s Biscuits announced they are uniting to form a new biscuits company in the UK, Fox’s Burton’s Companies (FBC) UK led by CEO Simon Browne.

“We are delighted to announce that as of today, we will be integrating with a company we have long admired,” Burton Biscuits said in a statement.
The CEO of the newly-created company  added: “After many years of looking at one another, we are excited about bringing together two businesses that share the same passion for crafting British biscuits with care, quality and innovation.’’

The new business will continue to operate under the Ferrero-related company following Burton’s Biscuits acquisition last year, and the acquisition of Fox’s Biscuits in 2020.

As part of the integration, the FBC leadership team will determine the details behind the transition.
