The French Post Office has released a scratch-and-sniff postage stamp to celebrate the baguette, with the scent enclosed in microcapsules.

The stamp, worth EUR 1.96, features an illustrated baguette decorated with a red, white and blue ribbon. It was printed in 594,000 copies, The Guardian reports.

It was launched on the day of Saint-Honoré, the patron saint of bakers and pastry chefs.
