Harry-Brot launches sweet snack range

In November, Harry-Brot expands its portfolio with a new product category as it launches two sweet snacks: Harry Brioche and Harry Raisin Brioche.

“We wanted to create the perfect brioches – soft, mildly aromatic and with a delicate browning,” says Katharina Frerichs, Marketing Manager at Harry-Brot. “With our new brioches, we are responding to the growing demand across generations for ready-to-eat bread rolls in the food retail trade and are appealing to shoppers of all ages,” she adds.

The German bakery also brought two new additions to its Vital+pur range recently: the Pure Oats and Pure Spelt organic varieties were launched on September 30. These specialties are made entirely without flour, are vegan and rich in valuable oilseeds such as pumpkin, sunflower seeds and flaxseed.
