Visitors to the iba trade show can look forward to popular highlights as well as new program entries this year. For example, the iba.SPEAKERS AREA will host specialist presentations and discussions with an international focus. The iba.FORUM will provide information on all aspects of the national baking and confectionery industry with a focus on the German bakery craft. Among this year’s new features, the iba.START UP AREA will be held, supported by Puratos.
The organizers announced that more information about the 2023 agenda will be announced “very soon”.
