Visitors to the iba trade show can look forward to popular highlights as well as new program entries this year. For example, the iba.SPEAKERS AREA will host specialist presentations and discussions with an international focus. The iba.FORUM will provide information on all aspects of the national baking and confectionery industry with a focus on the German bakery craft. It will also serve as the stage for award ceremonies, including the iba.UIBC.CUP of Bakers and the iba.UIBC CUP of Confectioners.

Among this year’s new features, the iba.START UP AREA will be held, supported by Puratos.

The organizers announced that more information about the 2023 agenda will be announced “very soon”.

Spotlight on iba.TOPICS

Starting this year, iba. TOPICS will comprise new focus topics, in addition to the returning ones, to highlight current trends. The focus topics are Food Trends, Artisan Bakery, Health and Sustainability as well as Digitalization, Turnkey Solutions and Quality Management.

Admission tickets can now be purchased online. More than 95% of the exhibition space has been booked, the organizers say. Iba will be held from October 22 to 26, 2023.
