The topics will be selected based on their significance for the baking industry. Next year, a one-off edition of iba will be held on May 18-22, 2025, in Düsseldorf.

Over 80% of the available space has already been booked, the organizers announced, anticipating that exhibitors are already developing new concepts, innovative products and solutions in preparation for next year’s international industry highlight. “This innovative spirit will now be communicated through the multimedia campaign ‘Baking New Ways’ on all iba channels and beyond,” the announcement said.

Five exhibitors revealed some of the novelties they will be bringing to Düsseldorf and their views on the exhibition: AMF Bakery Systems, Heuft, Reading Bakery Systems, Koenig and GHD Georg Hartmann Maschinenbau,  Further insights will follow on iba’s media channels.
