Mission Foods introduced Zero Net Carbs Tortillas in September – a new release with zero net carbs and zero sugar, Keto-certified, high fiber and low in calories. It will be available in US stores in the coming months, in two flavors: Original and Sundried Tomato Basil. The launch follows the company’s gluten-free Almond Flour and Cauliflower Flour tortillas launched in 2021.

“Shoppers are increasingly seeking foods that are low in carbohydrates and sugar,” said Juan Gonzalez, CEO, Mission Foods. “These new products represent Mission Foods once again rising to meet consumer needs with products that taste great while fitting into consumers’ dietary patterns,” said Sathish Mohanraju, Vice President, Marketing & Trade Marketing at Mission Foods.

MISSION® is owned by GRUMA, S.A.B. de C.V and produces flatbreads, dips, salsas and Mexican food products, with a presence in over 112 countries.
