AIBI announced that registrations for its upcoming Congress can be made starting January 1. The next biennial gathering will be held in Hamburg, at the  Grand Elysee Hotel, from May 22 to 24.

The 38th edition of the Congress is organized by AIBI in collaboration with VDG, the Verband Deutscher Großbäckereien.

Aside from the General Assembly meeting, an agenda of presentations is prepared for the attendees, which will focus on key industry issues including sustainability and energy, workforce and digitalization and international development.

The previous AIBI Congress was held in 2022 in Bled, Slovenia, where around 120 delegates from 15 countries attended the event.
