International Baking Industry Exposition (IBIE) is calling for submissions for the IBIE World Bread Awards USA, an event organized by The Bread Bakers Guild of America (BBGA) and the Retail Bakers of America (RBA).
Sixteen years after its last victory, France’s team of bakers, represented by Franck Fortier, Fabien Nolay and Xavier Sacriste – climbed to the top of the podium of the Bakery World Cup.
The theme of the 2024 Coupe du Monde de la Boulangerie is sporting events. The competition will take place in Paris, from January 21 to 22, hosted by Sirha Europain. The award ceremony of the international baking competition will be held on the second day.
