Japanese Baker Taguchi acquires Brooklyn Brands
Japanese bakery Taguchi & Co purchased Brooklyn Brands from Astor Group, broadening its North American presence. After the eight-figure acquisition, Brooklyn Brands will focus on foodservice and introducing a new brand in 2024.
