Corbion to sell emulsifier business

Corbion signed an agreement with private equity firm Kingswood Capital Management for the sale of Corbion’s emulsifier business. Based in Los Angeles, Kingswood will acquire the emulsifier business from Corbion for USD 362 m.

Semper, a Hero Group company, announced the sale of its gluten-free business in the Nordics to Dr. Schär. The company plans to focus its business on its core categories – children’s food and healthy snacks.
