Koelnmesse postponed the international supplier fair for sweets and snacks ProSweets until April 23 to 25, when it will be held as a special edition.
ISM will be held from April 23 to 25, and will be scaled down from four to three days in 2023, in response to feedback from the confectionery and snack industry, and ISM’s sponsoring associations.
ISM announced its Asian debut in Tokyo, Japan is postponed April 2023. The trade fair was originally scheduled to take place in April this year but is now rescheduled due to COVID-19 concerns.
Around 80% of the visitors to ISM Cologne came from outside Germany, attendance figures revealed. Approximately 15,000 trade visitors from 96 countries visited the trade fair.
ISM and ProSweets Cologne are counting down days to their January 30 opening after a two-year break, starting the year of anticipated in-person trade events.
