Koenig will present the Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line for the first time in the US, at IBIE. The company will also display the Fortuna semi-automatic dough rounder/divider, the dough dividers and rounders Mini Rex Multi and Rex Futura Multi, as well as the spiral mixer SP 160.
Specializing in frozen bakery products, Ledora Plus Kft. has always been steadily growing, since its launch. The company’s latest investment is also its biggest to date: a brand-new, fully automated factory in its hometown of Eger, Hungary, designed from scratch to fit production equipment and Ledora’s bold plans.

The Koenig Group introduced a new technology solution, the Artisan SFE EC dough sheeting line, which brings improvements in process efficiency, cleanability and user-friendliness. The machine will be presented at suedback, in Stuttgart later this month, along with its latest solutions and daily live demonstrations.
Correct and consistent dough dividing will amount to valuable material savings over time. At this stage, less (extra dough unnecessarily going in every product) is definitely more (process efficiency).
Koenig Group introduced a new fully automated machine for dough dividing and rounding in March 2024: the Industrie Rex V AW EC. The system has a dough throughput of 6.5 tons per hour – meaning an hourly output of up to 50,400 pieces per hour in 14-row operation, and features Koenig’s ‘Easy Clean’ design.
The management of Koenig Technology Projektmanagement GmbH has been expanded. In addition to Klaus Gasser, Harald Burgstaller has been appointed CEO with immediate effect. Burgstaller will play an important role in the further development and expansion of complete turnkey solutions and integration projects, Koenig announced.
