Despite market challenges, Oetker Group’ sales rose to EUR 7.1 billion in 2025. Germany remains the primary investment focus, with more than EUR 250 million invested in the group’s home market.
The Oetker Group announced its plan to acquire KATHI, a manufacturer specializing in baking mixes and flours based in Halle. Corresponding contracts have already been signed. The Oetker Group will take over the production facility in Halle and the employees of KATHI.
Despite the tense geopolitical situation and associated market disruptions, the Oetker Group managed to increase its sales organically by 6.3% to over EUR 6.9 billion in 2023. The group is forecasting moderate growth for the current financial year.
The Oetker Group announced it achieved “decent results” in FY 2022 and is “cautiously optimistic” about the current financial year. The Food, Beer and Non-Alcoholic Beverages and Other Interests business divisions achieved consolidated net sales of EUR 6,508 million, an increase of 11.6% compared to the previous year.
The Oetker subsidiary Wolf ButterBack KG plans to combine conventional and new, and on the one hand remain a loyal supplier to artisan bakers through wholesale organizations, while on the other serving new sales channels as well as European countries abroad.
