Middleby Bakery appointed Rick Rodarte President of Stewart Systems. He has been with Stewart Systems for 23 years and previously served as Vice President of Operations. His extensive experience with Stewart Systems includes roles such as Vice President of Engineering and Director of Product Management and Engineering. As President, Rick states his goal is, “to focus on expansion of bakery equipment offerings and to increase sales volume, manufacturing efficiencies and overall output for our organization.”

This promotion emphasizes Middleby’s commitment to strengthening its industrial bakery group, the company says.

Under Rodarte’s leadership, Stewart Systems developed innovations such as the Wave 200 Bread Make-Up model that offers a cutting capacity of at least 125 cuts per minute and features positive displacement technology for accurate weight generation.
