Irwin’s Bakery launches three new products

Northern Ireland’s Irwin’s Bakery released three new products: sourdough bread, protein muffins and a limited-edition bun.

Irwin’s Seven Seeds & Grains Sourdough loaf is the bakery’s second offering in the sourdough segment. Irwin’s Protein Muffins, packing 9 g of protein, joined the muffins range, while the Wee Chocolate Orange Joeys propose a mini sweet treat, and are only available for a limited duration.

 

 

 

 

 

 

The bakery celebrated 100 years in 2012 and continues to be a family-run business. Irwin’s is the fifth biggest food brand in Northern Ireland, according to Kantar’s Brand Footprint research.
