A new AI image-recognition service is unveiled at iba, which tracks in-store patisserie and bakery shelf performances in real-time. AI specialist MarketLab, in partnership with Puratos, developed Spotimize to help with shelf management, lower waste and improve the customer’s experience. During its current startup phase, the Spotimize service will be available to a limited number of customers in selected countries.
The Rademaker Pie and Quiche line is developed to produce an extensive assortment of pies and quiches from all cultures, ranging from meat pies, fruit pies, egg tarts (such as the beloved Pasta del Nata) and cheesecakes, to Melton pies, pork pies and even quiches.

The Rademaker Technology Center (RTC) features several pilot lines, full-scale, certified production lines that meet the latest standards, which are available for testing.
