Middleby Bakery appointed Mike Scouten as President of Global Bakery Sales and Strategic Accounts. In his previous role, he served as Vice President of Sales for Stewart and Baker Thermal Solutions, Middleby Bakery.

Scouten will now lead teams specializing in bread & buns, biscuits & crackers, artisan breads, pizza, pastry, and other specialty bakery products, Middleby details. He will work with industry partners, technologists, brand ambassadors, and Middleby Worldwide offices in the commissioning of bakery lines.
