Top management changes at AMF Bakery Systems

Leanne Parker joined AMF Bakery Systems as chief financial officer. Parker brings 25 years of financial leadership experience in multinational businesses. The company also welcomes Clint Adams as commercial director, North America Specialty Segments, starting on September 19.

Leanne Parker

In her previous role, Leanne Parker was the chief accounting officer for Liqui-Box, a packaging specialist. She is a Certified Public Accountant. In her role as CFO, Parker will work alongside AMF’s regional leaders and global finance team under the leadership of President and CEO Jason Ward.

“I am confident Leanne will be an outstanding addition to the AMF executive leadership team and will be a major contributor on our growth journey going forward,” noted Ward.

Parker will focus on leveraging technology and streamlined processes to build AMF’s financial and organizational strength for the next decade of growth and success.

Clint Adams

In his role, Clint Adams will strengthen AMF’s sales, project management and customer care efforts within strategic bakery segments including artisan bread and rolls, pizza and flatbreads, cakes, pies and pastries. He is an industry veteran and previous teammate at AMF. Adams worked for over 20 years in the baking industry in roles such as increasing leadership in bakery operations and, more recently, sales leadership in equipment manufacturing and automation. As a commercial director, Adams will partner closely with Americas Sales Director, Adrian Dee.

“This is a wonderful ‘welcome home’ to Clint, who spent 9 years with the former Tromp Group USA and AMF from 2011 to 2020,” noted Jason Ward, president and CEO of AMF. “We look forward to bringing Clint’s deep knowledge of bakery automation and operations, strong customer relationships and sales leadership capabilities back into our organization.”
