This was accomplished, in part, by new sheeting technology incorporated in the revised Soft Dough Sheeter (SDS) and the new Soft Dough Roller (SDR).

The handheld M.O.L.E.™ EV6 sets a new benchmark for thermal data loggers, delivering instantaneous data access and intuitive control – now with a full-color touchscreen display. In addition to the six-channel M.O.L.E. EV6, the company’s BreadOMETER™, CakeOMETER™, and OvenBALANCER™ sensors will be demonstrated at the stand.

The Rademaker Technology Center (RTC) features several pilot lines, full-scale, certified production lines that meet the latest standards, which are available for testing. The company believes knowledge is an investment worth making, and invest it did: over the past two years, the RTC has been developed to more than twice its starting size, to its current 2,400sqm.
