The Middleby Corporation is acquiring Gorreri Food Processing Technology, a manufacturer of baking machinery for products such as cakes, pies, muffins, tarts and desserts. Gorreri is headquartered in Parma, Italy, where it runs a 50,000-square-foot facility.

EUROGERM takes over TELTOMALZ
The German subsidiary of EUROGERM is taking over TELTOMALZ GmbH. Founded in 1907, TELTOMALZ produces malt-based products, premixes and ready mixes as well as other ingredients for bakeries and pastry shops at its headquarters in Teltow, near Berlin.

DSM and Firmenich shared the first joint financial results since their merger, which was completed on May 8. Taste, Texture & Health is among the categories that performed well. The company estimates an FY 2023 on a pro forma basis Adjusted EBITDA of between EUR 1,800-1,900 million (versus EUR 2,275 million in FY 2022).
