FermFresh® Urgetreide is a new development from UNIFERM’s range of fresh products. FermFresh® Urgetreide brings together the two cereal varieties – Emmer and Einkorn. UNIFERM’s own gentle multi-day fermentation process intensifies the natural flavor profile.
