Forni Fiorini introduces new electric ovens

Forni Fiorini expanded its portfolio of electric modular ovens with two new models. The new additions are the Simply 4T-L and the Simply 8T.

The Simply 4T-L can fit four 40×60 cm trays. It is available with 1, 2, 3 or 4 baking levels, and independent baking chambers with computerized controls for its functions.

Several baking floors are available:

  • in fiber cement to bake with trays or on decks (recommended for bread, pastry, etc.)
  • in refractory material (recommended to bake pizza and focaccia on decks)
  • in embossed plate (recommended to bake pastries)

The Simply 8T is the largest of the series, with a capacity of 8 trays of 40×60 cm per chamber, allowing for larger-volume production.

It features an electronic digital controller with:

  • economizer
  • automatic oven starting
  • ceiling and floor temperature control with double probe
  • buzzer to signal baking is complete
  • eight cooking programs
