Continuous baking: Go with the flow!
The key to continuous baking success is in the oven. For biscuits, crackers and cakes, a steady, continuous production flow is ideal in high-volume operations.

At suedback, HEUFT experts will explain energy, thermal oil, as well as artisan and industrial baking oven systems to its stand visitors.
Andreas Daub and Thomas Kahl were appointed Managing Directors of HEUFT SERVICE GmbH. They have been working in the service area for decades.
Energy consumption is undisputed at the top of the industry’s concerns and efforts for improvement. Tunnel ovens offer opportunities to go the extra mile on the path to resource savings.
Making its debut on the best stage for a first impression, at iba, the new, compact IMPRESSA bread line developed by FRITSCH for industrial production manages to save 20% of the floor space – about 5 m. This was accomplished, in part, by new sheeting technology incorporated in the revised Soft Dough Sheeter (SDS) and the new Soft Dough Roller (SDR).
Energy consumption is undisputed at the top of the industry’s concerns and efforts for improvement. Tunnel ovens offer opportunities to go the extra mile on the path to resource savings. The eight-generation oven builders at HEUFT have also been observing a surge in the interest in economical and flexible machines, now a universal top priority in the industry.
Bühler sees an increase in requests for flexibility regarding energy sources, energy-saving solutions and alternative heating technologies. To these, sustainability commitments are added, which also translates into an increasing interest in carbon-neutral solutions.
Sharp energy supply disruptions have shown the financial value of having a flexible system that can adapt all types of pre-existing heating methods to the cheapest and/or immediately available energy source.
HEUFT is bringing one of its latest heat exchangers to Munich this October, as well as a deck and a trolley oven. Its thermal oil system will be used to bake live at the show. HEUFT is exhibiting along its sister company that specializes in refrigeration and cooling systems, ICECOOL.
At iba, FRITSCH will showcase two bread lines in a new compact and hygienic design, the PROGRESSA and the IMPRESSA bread. An extensive range of machines will be displayed at the stand, solutions for all business sizes.
For process consistency, FRITSCH equipped the IMPRESSA bread (and all its industrial lines) with a new, output-based line control. How does it work?
FRITSCH will introduce the completely redesigned IMPRESSA bread at iba. For the upgrade, the company focused on the line’s hygienic design and a very compact footprint.
