iba ’25: FRITSCH and MULTIVAC highlight pastry production

Making its debut on the best stage for a first impression, at iba, the new, compact IMPRESSA bread line developed by FRITSCH for industrial production manages to save 20% of the floor space – about 5 m. This was accomplished, in part, by new sheeting technology incorporated in the revised Soft Dough Sheeter (SDS) and the new Soft Dough Roller (SDR).
Sveba Dahlen released a new solution for the industrial production of bread, its largest to date, it says: the Glimek BL600. The line includes a dough divider, a conical rounder, an IPP intermediate pocket proofer, and either one or two molders.
The Artista Deli is Sveba Dahlen’s recently launched modular oven, for bakery products and pizza. It was designed to deliver three ovens in one, all focusing on craftsmanship, process automation efficiency, at production high capacity.

For process consistency, FRITSCH equipped the IMPRESSA bread (and all its industrial lines) with a new, output-based line control. How does it work?
In the spring of 2023, Ölz der Meisterbäcker put its expanded production into operation. When it came to raw material handling, the Austrian plant baker relied on Zeppelin Systems for solutions.

FRITSCH announced the relaunch of the centerpiece processing line of its portfolio, the ROLLFIX, now in its third generation.
