Swiss companies Cetravac and bakeXperts will develop solutions together starting this year, under the leadership of bakeXperts – the manufacturer of the UDO vacuum shop oven.
Clean-label, functional ingredients go a long way toward the sustainability concerns – of the baker, the material supplier and the consumer. Just before Christmas last year, a London baker called Maisie Collins opened up an industrial-sized oven for her local community to use free of charge.

To optimize in-store baking efficiency, the UDO baking technology is one to watch. It stands for Univac Double-bake Oven and is powered by Cetravac AG’s patented innovation. Developed under the bakeXperts brand, the UDO opens the door to a new world of baking in-store.

KEMPF is taking over the majority of the KeyBAKE shares, adding the company to the KEMPF Group starting January 1, 2023. Together, KEPMF and KeyBAKE aim to strengthen their position in the international bakeware and coating market and extend their product range, with a combined team of 150 people working for the Group.
KEMPF held the groundbreaking ceremony to announce the official start of the construction of its new plant.
