Sveba Dahlen released a new solution for the industrial production of bread, its largest to date, it says: the Glimek BL600. The line includes a dough divider, a conical rounder, an IPP intermediate pocket proofer, and either one or two molders.

Up to 500 °C – high-temperature pizza oven
The Swedish oven manufacturer Sveba Dahlen has launched a new electric high-temperature pizza oven. It works at temperatures up to 500 °C / 932 °F and is suitable for making pizzas, but also for baking flat bread or lavash bread.

The F-Series proofer concept from Sveba Dahlen belongs to a new generation of proofers jointly developed with bakers from all over the world. Smart functions are given high priority to simplify and streamline everyday workflows at the bakery.
