Handtmann brings its latest solutions to Las Vegas, which help increase efficiency and process automation. The company shares what visitors can expect and their insights into the US market, in an interview:
The Handtmann Group of Companies celebrated its 150th anniversary with a gala evening where representatives from politics, banks and business were invited, as well as managers. School representatives also joined the staff to the festivities on Biberach’s local mountain Gigelberg.
On a 360 sqm stand, Handtmann will stage demonstrations for a wide range of production methods for the processing of dough and many other fluid, viscous, firm, or chunky products. The systems used in the process will be exhibited in different versions.
Handtmann focuses on integrative solutions for food and baked goods production from processing through to packaging, which are modular and flexible to configure.

For the production of small pastries, the plant manufacturer Handtmann offers solutions for fully automatic production.
