French specialist EUROGERM celebrated the official opening of its new bio-fermentation plant on October 10. It is located in the Dijon-Bourgogne ecopark in Saint-Apollinaire, France.

MULTIVAC Group acquired an 80% majority stake in Italianpack S.p.A., a manufacturer of automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines headquartered in Como, Italy. The company estimates an FY 2023 on a pro forma basis Adjusted EBITDA of between EUR 1,800-1,900 million (versus EUR 2,275 million in FY 2022).
