At iba, FRITSCH will highlight a new compact pastry line designed for mid-sized bakeries, with a hygienic design, which will also feature the MULTIVAC Cooling@Packing System.
At iba, SENSURE is showcasing its vision inspection solutions (STARGATE series), which use high-speed, non-contact imaging cameras and/or profilometer lasers to quantify a wide range of product quality parameters (shape, size, color, height, topping coverage, volume, etc.) at high speed. All solutions provide continuous and quantitative data that can be used to identify process issues and create a library of information for analysis.
FRITSCH will display the new compact bread line, PROGRESSA bread, at IBIE 2022. By popular demand, virtual demonstrations will also be held.
At IBIE, Baker Perkins will introduce complete, automated lines to the range of solutions it can provide. The processing lines are built in partnership with its parent company, Schenk Process.
FRITSCH will introduce the new ROLLFIX 3.0, the DOUGHLINER, the MULTIVAC R 105 Thermoforming packaging machine with printing and inspection, and the new compact bread line, the PROGRESSA bread.
