IPCO will highlight opportunities for greater baking, cooling and conveying productivity at Gulfood Manufacturing. The Swedish company has a local sales and service network for the Middle East markets.
At Fispal Sao Paulo, Brazil, IPCO will showcase high-productivity solutions for baking and chocolate forming, including demonstrations of its Rotoform chocolate chip depositor. The company will also introduce the latest addition to its range of conveyor components – a new belt tracking solution –highlighting the benefits of wraparound service support.
AT ProSweets, IPCO will showcase the IPCO Rotoform HP rotary drop depositor for chocolate chip production and an advanced piston depositor. The Rotoform HP (High Performance) is the latest model in this series and was specifically designed for chocolate processing. The dosing unit will be showcased with live demonstrations at the trade show in Cologne (Hall 10.1, Stand G080).
HEUFT is bringing one of its latest heat exchangers to Munich this October, as well as a deck and a trolley oven. Its thermal oil system will be used to bake live at the show. HEUFT is exhibiting along its sister company that specializes in refrigeration and cooling systems, ICECOOL.
IPCO is exhibiting under an overarching theme, ‘We Love Food’, highlighting the benefits that the company’s steel belts and associated equipment bring to the baking process and the quality of the end product.
AMF Bakery Systems showcases solutions that support sustainable baking, including oven technology and smart services. New developments for bread lines, pizza systems and soft bread and bun production will also be presented.
IPCO showcases its chocolate forming and molding equipment at interpack this year, with systems designed for the production of industrial ingredients – chips, chunks, drops and blocks – and decorative products such as shavings, rolls, pencils, or blossoms. Solutions can be customized for various operations, from start-up low-cost, rapid deployment equipment to high-capacity multi-layer systems.
As preparations are in full swing for interpack 2023, exhibitors share solutions they are focusing on, information about new technologies that bakers can see at the show, as well as their views on the trade show and the industry.
