BAKON launches Pico ultrasonic cutting machine
BAKON introduced a new ultrasonic cutting machine, the PICO, designed for operations with smaller production volumes. It can be used for round and rectangular cakes, as well as for triangle-shaped products, in trays, or on cutting boards.
Dawn Foods launches new fat-based fillings
Dawn Foods launched new, cocoa and fat-based fillings under its Delicream range, suitable to use for a wide range of bakery products, including croissants, muffins and cookies.
Compact and easy to operate
Metering and depositing – machines in the Dutch manufacturer BAKON’s BD series can also undertake these tasks. The BD3 Multi-Depositor is designed as a bench-top equipment for smaller bakery businesses, bigger machines such as the BD9 variant allow the metering and depositing process to be increasingly automated.
