At iba, FRITSCH will highlight a new compact pastry line designed for mid-sized bakeries, with a hygienic design, which will also feature the MULTIVAC Cooling@Packing System.
Making its debut on the best stage for a first impression, at iba, the new, compact IMPRESSA bread line developed by FRITSCH for industrial production manages to save 20% of the floor space – about 5 m. This was accomplished, in part, by new sheeting technology incorporated in the revised Soft Dough Sheeter (SDS) and the new Soft Dough Roller (SDR).
Harpak-ULMA launched the Mondini Trave Sinfonia® in its home market in the US. The solution was first unveiled at interpack. The automated tray-packing solution helps increase packaging throughput and comes in a smaller footprint. The highly simplified process is combined with Mondini’s new sealer, its largest sealer to date.

For process consistency, FRITSCH equipped the IMPRESSA bread (and all its industrial lines) with a new, output-based line control. How does it work?
At iba, Koenig focuses on increased production efficiency and will be launching “the most powerful line in the bread roll sector, in ‘Easy Clean’ Design”, the company anticipates – the KGV EC bread roll line.

Automating bakeware handling saves time and precious human resources. It also ensures that trays, pans and tins are handled exactly as instructed by the tray and coating manufacturers, time and again.
Koenig comes to interpack with a focus on industrial baking. “We are looking forward to discussing the respective needs with our visitors in individual talks, especially in the area of complete turnkey solutions for buns or breads,” the company says.
Ensuring constant results from the fermentation process is largely dependent on considering the challenges of working with a living product. Artificial intelligence provides promising opportunities in the flexible management of the process.
