MULTIVAC acquires a majority stake in Italianpack S.p.A.
MULTIVAC Group acquired an 80% majority stake in Italianpack S.p.A., a manufacturer of automatic and semi-automatic packaging machines headquartered in Como, Italy. The art of IMPRESSA bread: new technology by FRITSCH
