At this year’s iba, packaging machine manufacturer Schubert will have its own stand for the first time, in Hall C2 – 420, where it will highlight flexible, efficient and environmentally friendly packaging solutions aimed at the bakery sector.
KPM Analytics showcases solutions that meet growing trends such as automated product inspection, process control achieved with vision inspection, processing whole wheat/high-fiber products, at-line dough quality analysis, and ingredient quality control.
ABI will exhibit its KATANA multi-purpose robot scoring solution, which now also offers a waterjet scoring tool. The Toronto-based company will also present Eye-Q, its new AI-enabled complete quality control system, providing product quality analysis across different stages of production.
Artisan bakery is one of the focus topics at iba in October 2023, combining tradition with innovation and national with international perspectives. At iba, FRITSCH will showcase two bread lines in a new compact and hygienic design, the PROGRESSA and the IMPRESSA bread. An extensive range of machines will be displayed at the stand, solutions for all business sizes.
