Making its debut on the best stage for a first impression, at iba, the new, compact IMPRESSA bread line developed by FRITSCH for industrial production manages to save 20% of the floor space – about 5 m. This was accomplished, in part, by new sheeting technology incorporated in the revised Soft Dough Sheeter (SDS) and the new Soft Dough Roller (SDR).
Ai iba, Ashworth is preparing to launch its newest plastic offerings and showcase its SmartOven solution, together with the SmartSpiral® Monitoring System. The PosiDrive Spiral® System will be displayed. The company shared their preparation highlights and industry views in an interview.
For process consistency, FRITSCH equipped the IMPRESSA bread (and all its industrial lines) with a new, output-based line control. How does it work?
Packaging affects the state of the product throughout the supply chain. Identifying the best packaging process and materials ensures all types of baked goods make it from plant to table, exactly as intended.
Ashworth brings the PosiDrive, its direct-drive solution for spiral systems to the fair, which can be used with new systems and as a retrofit for existing lotension spiral systems.
Reliable product transfer between processes is essential to maintaining the rhythm in production sequences, with continuous, automated adjustments. To optimize efficiency in industrial baking, everything is riding on conveyor systems.
FRITSCH will display the new compact bread line, PROGRESSA bread, at IBIE 2022. By popular demand, virtual demonstrations will also be held.
Ashworth will launch a new smart solution at IBIE this year, the Smart Oven monitoring system, joining the Smart Spiral in this range.
FRITSCH will introduce the new ROLLFIX 3.0, the DOUGHLINER, the MULTIVAC R 105 Thermoforming packaging machine with printing and inspection, and the new compact bread line, the PROGRESSA bread.
Ashworth is expanding on the success of its Smart Spiral monitoring system by introducing the Smart Oven monitoring system.
MULTIVAC announced the launch of its W 500 as a universal flowpacking solution, which offers a high level of flexibility for packing a wide range of food products, including bakery goods.
